Refund & Cancellation Policy

Nourish IQ

All purchases, payments, consultations, protocols, programs, packages, follow-up services, and other services purchased through Nourish IQ are FINAL SALE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

By purchasing or booking any service with Nourish IQ, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

No Refunds

Nourish IQ has a strict no-refund policy. Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Change in personal circumstances

  • Financial circumstances

  • Failure to attend or complete appointments

  • Choosing not to proceed with a protocol or program

  • Discontinuing a protocol or program after it has begun

  • Not using some or all of the services included in a package

  • Purchasing a service and later deciding it is no longer required

  • Dissatisfaction with individual results or progress

  • Sensitivities, intolerances, or personal responses to foods, supplements, PEP-TIDES, or other products discussed as part of your individualized education or protocol

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Nourish IQ requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice and missed appointments are considered used and are non-refundable.

Rescheduling does not create an entitlement to a refund.

Protocols, Programs & Packages

Considerable professional time is dedicated to reviewing health histories, intake forms, symptoms, medications, supplements, nutrition, lifestyle factors, laboratory information, and other information provided by clients.

Once a consultation, assessment, protocol, program, or package has been purchased, the payment remains non-refundable whether or not the client completes or uses every component of the service.

Unused appointments, follow-ups, email support, protocol services, or other components of a purchased package have no cash value and are not eligible for partial refunds.

Results

Health, nutrition, supplement, lifestyle, and wellness outcomes vary considerably between individuals. Purchasing a service does not guarantee a particular result, improvement, response, or timeframe.

A lack of desired results does not qualify a purchase for a refund.

Products & Third-Party Purchases

Nourish IQ does not provide refunds for supplements, laboratory testing, PEP-TIDES, supplies, or other products or services purchased from third-party companies. Any return, refund, shipping, or product-quality issue must be addressed directly with the company from which the item was purchased.

Agreement

By submitting payment or completing a booking with Nourish IQ, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchasing.

All sales are final. No refunds
